Anonymous asked: what's your favorite and least favorite thing about winter?
favourite: getting snowed in at my apartment and churning butter (waiting for it), sweaters/winter clothing in general, Sundance (even if I’m not there and haven’t been since 2010 and that was the only year I’ve gone so far).
least favourite: the bitter cold, the poorly conceived sentiments that arise during/out of “the holiday season”/Christmas, when the snow turns from soft white to wet grey/black (New York I love you, but you’re bringing me down).
